Reactive Heating Ltd is a dynamic company which specialises in reactive emergency breakdown maintenance in connection with all aspects of gas central heating systems for domestic customers. Our company also provides free, no obligation consultations followed by fully itemised quotations for planned works such as replacing a boiler.
Fast and reliable, we can be there when you need us the most. We offer a 24 hour emergency call out service as well as general servicing and landlords’ gas safety certificates. We understand how difficult it can be in trying to identify reliable, honest engineers, so we take pride in managing our clients’ expectations every step of the way and charge only for the time and materials necessary to complete each job. All prices are charged at a fixed rate for reactive maintenance or quoted for in advance for larger planned works. Our objective is to resolve all heating system problems as efficiently and cost effectively as possible, with the minimum of disruption.
As well as being fully insured, you can rest assured knowing that all workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. We are Gas Safe registered and a member of the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering.
