For landlords and letting agents, we can carry out annual gas safety checks in accordance with legal requirements. Should any defects be found, we will ensure that the appropriate advice is provided as necessary. For maximum convenience, we will arrange directly with the tenant a convenient time when the gas safety check can be carried out. On completion, we will ensure that all parties receive a copy of the safety certificate (CP12).
