To keep your gas appliances including your boiler working safely, efficiently and to reduce the risk of breakdown, manufacturers recommend that they are serviced every year. For landlords and letting agents, we can carry out annual gas safety checks in accordance with legal requirements, whether you manage one or hundreds of properties. Should any defects be found, we will ensure that the appropriate advice is provided as necessary. For maximum convenience and flexibility, we will arrange directly with the tenant a convenient time when the gas safety check can be carried out. On completion, we will ensure that the tenant’s copy of the safety certificate (CP12) is left at the property and that the appropriate part is forwarded to the owner or agent.
