Reactive Services

Whether you have a burst pipe or a fault with your gas boiler, Reactive Heating can diagnose and rectify all plumbing and heating problems, whilst working quickly and efficiently.

Most problems can be rectified within 24 hours (subject to parts being available). However, we aim to attend all emergencies within 1 hour. In the event of a gas escape, call the gas emergency service provider on 0800 111 999 who will make safe your installation. Reactive Heating can then attend and repair the pipe work or appliance at fault.

For reactive services, there is no call out charge. We only charge for the labour and materials involved in carrying out repairs. A minimum period of 1 hour applies to all work carried out. Thereafter, work is charged per half hour. Rates for all reactive services start from £40 + VAT per hour. Rates vary depending on the time of day and nature of the job.
