Most problems can be rectified within 24 hours (subject to parts being available). In the event of a gas escape, call the gas emergency service provider on 0800 111 999 who will make safe your installation. Reactive Heating can then attend and repair the pipe work or appliance at fault.
For reactive services, there is no call out charge. We only charge for the labour and materials involved in carrying out repairs. A minimum period of 1 hour applies to all work carried out.
